The local authority of Möglingen is realising the new construction of the Hanfbach School with canteen and public library. A building complex with two building parts is to be implemented, which are connected by a covered playground. The library will occupy 600 m² of space on the ground floor, while the upper floor will be used for specialist classrooms.

Heima Haustechnik was commissioned to install the entire heating and sanitation technology for this building project. The contract is worth 500,000 euros. The building complex is scheduled for completion in September 2018

In Mannheim, a city quarter is being built in the Q6 and Q7 squares. Unique shopping experiences will be possible here in the future. There will also be comfortable flats, office facilities and the Radisson Blu Hotel Mannheim. A total of 117,181 square metres of retail space and 18,634 square metres of commercial rental space will be available. Approximately 6896 square metres are planned for additional fitness areas and medical practices.

Parallel to the Stadtquartier Mannheim, the neighbouring building "Kleine Fressgasse" will be constructed for retail as well as commercial use. In addition, there will be further modern rental flats and an underground car park. The Q6 Q7 retail space was completed in autumn 2016.

In this project, Heima Haustechnik was commissioned to install the entire heating and sanitary technology in the buildings. The order volume of our company here amounts to 5,000,000 euros.
