New hotel on Prager Straße - with the Prager Höfe an additional 44 high-quality condominiums are being built
Prager Straße is undisputedly one of the top locations in Leipzig. This is all the more true the closer you get to the city centre and as a result, it is an important development area of the city.
Since 1 November there has been a brand new hotel here. It bears the name "Charly's" and also the number 25. The city centre is within easy walking distance. It is only a few steps to the tram stop. Obviously, the new hotel is very well received by the guests of the ‘Messestadt’. During our flying visit at the beginning of December, there was a lot of activity at the check-in. A whole 21 months passed between the start of construction and the opening, a respectable achievement by the builders.

Polis Award for Q6 and Q7 city quarter in Mannheim

At the end of 2016, the Q6 and Q7 opened in Mannheim - a multifunctional city quarter with attractive retail, restaurant and office space as well as a 4-star hotel, rental flats and underground parking. heima Haustechnik was commissioned to professionally implement and install the heating and sanitation systems. At the polis Convention on 17 May 2017, the building received the polis Award for Urban Development in the category "Reactivated Centres". Out of a total of 100 entries from Germany, Europe and the USA, the urban quarter prevailed with the jury and received an award. The polis Award for Urban and Real Estate Development is presented annually and honours companies that open up new ways of finding solutions to meet the complex demands of the city of the future.
